What is the JVC GemSelect Card?
GemSelect is an electronic voucher card for settling insurance claims for jewellery. Once a claim is approved and value entitlement agreed the client is offered a GemSelect card which can be redeemed at jewellers throughout the country.

Can all jewellery and watches be purchased with the GemSelect Card?

No. There are clear limitations on what can be purchased and this is made clear to customers before they accept the card and when they activate the card. The summary of these limitations are;

- All items to be purchased at full retail price, not at any sale price.
- No more than $5000 for a single item of jewellery.
- No more than $2500 for a single watch.
- Excluded are premium brands such as Pandora, Karen Walker etc..
- Card values may not be exchanged for cash, services or bullion.
- Cards are valid for 12 months from time of activation.
