      Terms and Conditions – Stolen Girlfriends Club Gift with Purchase Promotion
      Promotion Period:
      This offer is valid from Wednesday 27th August until 15th Aug , or while stocks last.
      Eligibility:
      To qualify for the promotion, customers must spend $199 NZD or more in a single transaction on Stolen Girlfriends Club Jewellery.
      Offer Details:
      Eligible customers will receive one (1) free gift of their choice from a selection of four (4) available gift options.
      • Gift options are subject to availability.
      • Customers need to make their selection and add the gift to cart. This can be done here
      • Limit of one (1) Free Gift per Customer
      • If no selection is made, a gift will be chosen at random.
      Limited Stock:
      Free gifts are available while supplies last. Once stock is depleted, the promotion will end, even if within the stated promotional period.
      Exclusions:
      • Offer applies only to Stolen Girlfriends Club purchases
      • Cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers.
      Returns & Exchanges:
      If a customer returns items from their order and the total falls below the $199 threshold, the free gift must also be returned at the customers cost.
      • If the gift is not returned, its retail value may be deducted from the refund.
      General Conditions:
      • Promotion is available Online Only. The Silvermoon stores in Riverside and Hornby are not offering this promotion.
      • Silvermoon reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
      • By participating, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions.

      Pre-Order

      Pre-order allows you to secure an item that's currently out of stock. This means you’re guaranteed the item once it arrives with us. Due to the exclusive nature of collections, certain styles and sizes are available in limited quantities.

      How It Works
      Once your pre-ordered item reaches us, we’ll promptly prepare and ship it to the delivery address you provided. If you’ve placed your order from in-store, we’ll notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection.

      Payment
      Full payment is required at the time of placing your pre-order, whether online or in-store.

      Estimated Delivery
      Delivery times are estimated based on information provided by our suppliers. While we strive to provide accurate timelines, please understand that delays can happen due to factors beyond our control. We are unable to guarantee exact delivery dates.

      Cancellations & Refunds
      If a pre-ordered item becomes unavailable due to supplier or production issues, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund for that item.

      Discounts

      Any discounts advertised apply to all full-priced jewellery, watches, and handbags. Prices online are already marked down, while in-store discounts will be applied at checkout. Sale prices cannot be combined with any other discount, promotional code or offer. 

      This offer applies only to items available during the promotional period. Future inventory is not included.

      Exclusions: Gift vouchers, clearance items, already discounted products, and repair services are not eligible for the discount.

      Stock & Availability

      Limited quantities available; first come, first served, while stocks last. No rain checks.

      Final Sale Policy

      Please choose carefully, as all items discounted 25% and over, are not eligible for return, exchange or refund. (We will meet our obligations in terms of Warranties as per Consumer Guarantees)

      Additional discounts, Promotional Codes or offers cannot be combined with items that are already discounted.

      During times of peak trading such as Black Friday, Mothers Day, Valentines Day, Christmas, Christmas Holiday Period, Silvermoon Sales etc shipping times may be longer that regularly expected.

      Customised and/or engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged. 

      Inventory Accuracy

      Although we make every effort to ensure our inventory is correct and up-to-date, some items showing as being in stock at the time an order is placed might be unavailable. If this occurs an online representative will organise a refund.

      Shipping Times

      Please allow for some delays in order processing time and delivery given how busy this time of year is for all retailers and couriers. We will not be able to refund you if your order does not arrive in time.

      Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

      The following terms apply to the use of this website. By using this website you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. Silvermoon reserves the right to change the information on this website from time to time, including the terms and conditions, without further notice. Any amendments will be effective immediately.

      Pricing

      All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars, and are inclusive of tax (GST is currently 15%). All prices displayed are correct at time of publication. However, we reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice. If this occurs after an order has been placed, we will contact you prior to processing your order.

      Product Descriptions

      Even though Silvermoon attempts to provide accurate descriptions of all products available on the website, we are not responsible for any typographical or pictorial errors in this website. If a product purchased is not as described, please contact us immediately, prior to the item being worn.

      Promotions & Special Offers

      Please note that not all offers / promotions available in-store at Silvermoon are available online. Please read the terms and conditions of each promotion to check eligibility (or contact us via customersupport@silvermoon.co.nz). Items that have been heavily discounted, or are the clearance section of the website, may not be available in-store at the price advertised on the website.

      Orders

      By placing an order using this website you are agreeing to the terms and conditions, and price displayed on the website. An automated confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided by the customer within 10 minutes of placing the order. If you do not receive this confirmation email please check your Spam Folder. This confirmation email also acts as a proof of purchase for both warranty issues, and exchange purposes. In the event of a product no longer being available once ordered, Silvermoon will contact the customer within 3 working days and offer an alternative product or a full refund. During peak periods of trade there may be delays in the dispatch of orders. We will do our best to inform customers about this with a message on the website. Silvermoon reserves the right to refuse to process an order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.

      International Orders

      Customers should be aware of their country’s import fees / duties. These fees, should they occur, are the responsibility of the purchaser.

      Loss or Damage in Transit

      Loss or damage to purchases occurring in transit is the responsibility of the courier company. Silvermoon use New Zealand Post Track & Trace for all domestic orders. This is a legal requirement when distributing jewellery, and not an optional cost. Silvermoon is not responsible for any loss of items that are incorrectly signed for.

      Third Party Advertising & Linked Sites

      The website may contain third party advertisements and links. However, this in no way implies Silvermoon’s endorsement of these advertisements / sites, or any association with their operators.

      Limitation of Liability

      The customer agrees that their use of this website is at their sole risk. Silvermoon will not be liable for any loss or damage (direct or otherwise) you encounter in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this website or any linked website or your use of, or reliance on, information contained on or accessed through this website or any linked website. Silvermoon excludes any condition or warranty that could apply to this website or any content on it, whether express or implied (but only to the extent that this is allowed by law). Silvermoon does not guarantee that this website will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.
