In-Store Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions
Joining our Customer Loyalty Card Programme is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
As a Customer Loyalty Card holder, a $20 credit will be loaded on to your account for each $200 you spend at our stores.
All purchases from our retail stores will count towards your spend, except for purchases of gift vouchers. Loyalty rewards may not be redeemed for items discounted by 20% or more. In addition when you use a loyalty reward the amount of the credit will not count towards your new spend.
To count towards your spend, each purchase must be validated at our point of sale at the time of purchase using your personal Customer Loyalty Card.
Credits are redeemable on any merchandise in our retail stores, except for gift vouchers. Our usual returns policy will apply to purchases using a credit.
Customer Loyalty Cards remain our property and are non-transferable. Credits are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Credits will expire on the 30th day of September in each calendar year. Any unused balance on expiry will not be refunded or credited.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and at any time, to replace or amend these terms and conditions or to modify, suspend or terminate our Customer Loyalty Card Programme. We will try to give you notice of any of these matters on our website.
In these terms and conditions, "we", "our", "us" means Silvermoon and "you" means a member of our Customer Loyalty Card Programme.
You authorise Silvermoon to collect and hold personal information, to be used to conduct the Programme and for promotional purposes. You understand that you have a right of access to, and may request correction of, personal information held by Silvermoon about you, which you may exercise by contacting Silvermoon at enquiries@silvermoon.net.nz. Failure to provide the personal information requested on this Application Form may result in the application not being processed.
If an email address and/or mobile phone number is provided by you, you consent to be sent emails and text messages from Silvermoon in relation to the Programme and for promotional purposes.
